How to eat for a heart health, and reduce the risks of Coronary Heart Disease (CHD). CHD is the main cause of premature deaths in the UK. At least nine well-known risk factors can help predict the likelihood of heart attacks and strokes. The more of these risk factors a person has, the greater the likelihood of CHD. However many of these risks can be reduced by diet and lifestyle changes.
