Shopping trips and cooking demonstrations - £poa

Urbod offers shopping trips to guide you around your local supermarket or food market so that you are able to make informed choices on what to buy, where to find ingredients and ideas on what to cook when you get home. We may discuss seasonal food, fresh versus packaged, fairtrade and food labels. The trip can be tailored to your interests and needs. *

We also offer healthy cooking demonstrations using fresh, nutritious ingredients that show you how to make simple, tasty and healthy meals while learning some basic Nutrition facts. The sessions are informal but can be tailor made to suit your interests and specific requirements. Some of the courses we cover include:
