What happens during a consultation?
During your consultation, you’ll work with your UrBod Nutritionist to develop a tailor made, easy to follow nutritional programme.
Following the programme will enable you to take control and help your body’s metabolism to return to a balanced state and you to optimum health.
Recommendations generally include dietary changes, a vitamin and mineral supplement programme and lifestyle changes. Occasionally, functional tests may be recommended.
