  • Your programme details all the recommendations you have agreed with your UrBod™ Nutritionist, so you don't have to remember them.
  • You will be given simple, sensible reasons why each recommendation is being offered.
  • You may also be given shopping lists, recipes and food guides for local cafes and stores.

  • At the initial consultation your UrBod™ Nutritionist will help you score your most important symptoms or health problems. These will be monitored using our Health Monitors throughout the duration of your programme. Health Monitors chart your progress towards your health goals. This is so you can see your symptoms reducing and your overall well-being increasing.
